Sports can teach teamwork, practice, and perseverance. Cub Scouting adds something different: boys get to camp, hike, build, create, serve their community, learn practical skills, explore STEM, and take on new challenges throughout the year.
Along the way, Scouts build confidence, character, leadership, independence, and friendships through experiences that change as they grow.
Scouting fits alongside sports and other activities, giving boys even more opportunities to discover new interests and strengths. And families get to be part of the adventure.
