How to Sponsor the Pinewood Derby

Sponsor online (Preferred): Select your sponsorship level and complete your purchase securely through Zeffy, our preferred checkout option, where no processing fees are deducted from your sponsorship. Square is also available as an alternative. During checkout, you'll provide the sponsor and recognition information needed for the Pinewood Derby program.
Sponsor by check: Download and complete the Pinewood Derby Sponsorship – Check Payment Form, make your check payable to Friends of Pack 2, and mail the completed form and payment to the address provided on the form.
Send your logo or artwork: After completing your sponsorship payment, you'll receive a separate sponsorship confirmation email from derby@pack2.org. Simply reply to that email with your business logo, sponsor recognition artwork, or website address, following the instructions provided.

Sponsor recognition may include business names, logos, contact information, websites, established business taglines, and brief, neutral descriptions of products or services. Coupons, promotional offers, pricing, endorsements, and direct sales solicitations are not permitted.

To be listed in the printed materials (e.g. the program), complete donation and sponsorship form by 1/27/2027.

Pinewood Derby sponsorships are administered by Friends of Pack 2 Downingtown, a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 41-4658907).

Sponsorship recognition is intended to acknowledge charitable support rather than provide commercial advertising. Contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law, depending on any benefits received and the sponsor's circumstances.
